Admission Procedure

Admission to Dhenkanal Academy of Medical Science (DAMS) is conducted through a structured and transparent process designed to ensure fairness and ease for all applicants.

•  Step 1: Application

Interested candidates can apply by collecting the application form from the college office or by filling out the online application form through the official website.

• Step 2: Eligibility Verification

Applicants must meet the required eligibility criteria for the selected course (10+2 with Science for most programs). All academic documents are verified during this stage.

• Step 3: Document Submission

Candidates are required to submit the following documents:
10th & 12th Mark Sheets
School/College Leaving Certificate
Aadhaar Card (or valid ID proof)
Passport-size Photographs
Caste Certificate (if applicable)

• Step 4: Merit & Selection

Admissions are granted based on merit, seat availability, and reservation norms as per government guidelines. Shortlisted candidates may be called for counseling.

• Step 5: Counseling & Confirmation

Selected candidates must attend counseling (if applicable) and confirm their admission by paying the prescribed fees within the given time.

• Step 6: Final Enrollment

After successful fee payment and verification, candidates receive admission confirmation and can begin their academic session.
